Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be given if the an error occurred as a result of incorrect shipping. An example would be getting the wrong item shipped.
Refunds
Refunds will be given in the event an order cannot be fulfilled through no fault of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 10 days. It could take additional days for your bank to return the money to your account.
